Hi, I have Joomla 2.5.14, Virtuemart 2.0.22c and Sales Analytics 3.0.3.
In my webshop, the numbers for my sales don't add up. For example:
date range: 1 august 2013 - 31 august 2013
Gross Income €7.753,40
Net Income €9.125,18
Shipment Costs €471,90
Shipment Taxes €0,00
# Orders 155
# Items 324
Coupon Discount €1.116,95
Order Discount €-1.150,05
How can the Gross Income ever be lower than the Net Income? I have tried to add or substract taxes, discounts and shipping costs from the Gross Income, but I never get a matching result.
In this particular month, most of the items sold were on sale. These had a price override in the Virtuemart 'override' field. I suppose the difference between 'final price' and 'override price' shows up in the Order Discount number. Still, if I add this up to the Gross Income (instead of substracting) it still doesn't make sense.
